Gateway Arch National Park

Gateway Arch National Park

Gateway Arch National Park is an American national park that is located near the site of the Lewis and Clark Expedition. It is a popular destination for travelers of all ages. You can also take a Tram ride to the top of the Arch. The park is also home to the Lewis and Clark Explorers’ Garden and the North Gateway amphitheater.

Tram ride to the top of the Arch

Getting to the top of the Arch is a thrilling experience, but be prepared to be claustrophobic! The 96-step tram ride has only one window per side, and there are no restrooms on the observation deck. Tram cars are equipped with seat belts and can accommodate only five people per car. The claustrophobic experience is well worth it, though.

Lewis and Clark Explorers’ Garden

The Lewis and Clark Explorers’ Garden is one of the most beautiful gardens in the country. It honors the famous explorers and their contributions to the American West. The park also includes the historic Old Courthouse, which was the site of the famous freedom-from-slave case.

North Gateway amphitheater

North Gateway Amphitheater is one of the best places to experience the magic of the arch. This unique landmark overlooks the Mississippi River and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Park. This park is located near the site of the Lewis and Clark Expedition.
